Meet the Hive

At Honey Frontier, our teachers are more than educators—they’re the heart of our hive. These community-weavers, curiosity-guides, and champions of emotional safety bring warmth, creativity, and care to every class.

Jesus-praising mama of boys who embraces the adventure of learning and growing together as a family. With an A.S. in Accounting and a love for organization (especially a good spreadsheet!), I bring both structure and flexibility to our days. Whether we’re hiking, camping, or on to our next adventure, I believe every family’s learning journey is uniquely valuable—and that parents play a God-given role in shaping it with faith, purpose, and joy.

Paula Ogurchak

Program Founder, Director & Teacher

I studied Spanish in college and had the unforgettable experience of studying abroad in Chile, where I immersed myself in the vibrant language and culture. Eventually, life led me on a whole new adventure—settling in North Dakota and stepping into the sweetest chapter yet: raising my family and pouring my heart into my boys. While my Spanish isn’t as sharp as it once was, I’m excited to revisit it alongside your kids and create a fun, engaging space to learn through songs, games, and joyful connection.

Ali Lauver

Team Lead & Teacher

Originally from Washington State, I bring heart—and a background in preschool music education—to every class I teach. Now rooted in North Dakota with my two curious kids, Nolan and Josie, I can't imagine living anywhere else. Whether I’m teaching ASL or exploring geography through crafts, my goal is always the same: to create emotionally safe, inclusive spaces where kids feel seen, supported, and excited to learn.

Lindsey Allen

Program Co-Founder, Coordinator & Teacher

I'm a South California native, which kept me submerged in my Latin culture and Spanish language. Two amazing traits I pass on to my two growing boys and would love to pass on to your children as well! With the same love and compassion of any mother, it's my goal to teach the upcoming generation to see the beauty in all culture.
