We’re so glad you’re here! If your family has been approved for Braintree Academy funding, you can use those funds to cover the cost of Honey Frontier classes—no reimbursement needed. Here’s how it works:

 

Step-by-Step: How to Use Your Braintree Funds

1. Fill out our registration form
Choose your classes and check the box that says:
“I’m using Braintree Academy funding and need an invoice.”

2. One form per child
Each child needs their own registration form and invoice. This helps Braintree process your request smoothly.

3. We’ll send your invoice
Once we receive your form, we’ll email you a personalized invoice for that child’s classes.

4. Submit your invoice to Braintree
Use the Google form provided by Braintree Academy to upload your invoice and request payment.

5. Wait for approval
Once approved, Braintree sends payment directly to Honey Frontier. We’ll confirm your child’s enrollment and send a cozy welcome email.
